• SEE:Over time, what you've written reveals patterns you couldn't see from inside a single day. Mood tracking, emotion map, Year in Pixels, writing heatmap and statistics make those patterns visible.

• DECIDE: From what you see, extract one concrete intention. Not "I want to be better", but "on Monday I will do X." The complete planner, unlimited and recurring tasks turn reflection into a dated, contextualized commitment.
